Accessing your unit/s is easy and convenient. Our business office is open 6 days a week with on-site management to assist and answer any questions you may have. When the office is closed, tenants can access their units by entering a personal code at our electronic security gate. Each unit has a unique code which can be chosen by the tenant or selected at random. Tenants have 24/7 access to their units.
Finding the right size unit is important. Use our space calculator tool under the resources tab to get an estimate on how much space you will need or check the quick-reference guide at the bottom of this page which shows the unit sizes we offer and a list of items each unit can accommodate. Still not sure? Call our office and we can help provide you with suggestions on size and how to maximize space when packing your unit.
The minimum rental period on special offer units is 2 months. After that, and on regular rentals, we rent on a month-to-month basis. Be sure to give vacating notice when you are ready to empty your unit. We require a 10 day notice that can be given in person, over the phone or in writing.
Payments can be made in person, online, mailed or called in. We accept cash, check, money order, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover). If the office is closed, you can put your payment in the drop box next to the door or in our mailbox. We will process the payment the next business day. You can also sign up for automatic billing. With automatic billing, your credit card is charged on your due date each month.
Yes. We require a security deposit in the amount of 1 month’s rent for the size unit you are renting. We do not require an administration fee. As long as you clean and sweep out your unit, remove your lock, and give the required 10 day notice, the security deposit is refunded by check 7-10 days after vacating.
How much will fit in?
5′ x 5′ will hold a dresser, a small mattress set and small to medium size boxes. This space can also be used for garden tools, seasonal decorative items or sports equipment.
5′ x 10′ will hold furnishings of a mid size bedroom, including a queen size bed, dresser, TV, and a group of medium sized boxes.
10′ x 10′ will hold the contents of an entire family room or 2 full bedrooms plus small to medium sized boxes.
10′ x 15′ will hold the contents of up to three full bedrooms and larger items such as pianos, couches, tables or large screen TVs plus a variety of various boxes
10′ x 20′ or 25 will hold the contents of a multi bedroom house including oversized items such as couch, refrigerator, washer/dryer dining room set and large wardrobe boxes. These units will also accommodate vehicles.
10′ x 30′ will hold the contents of a large multi-bedroom house including oversized items such as couch ,refrigerator, washer/dryer dining room set, entertainment center, and various sized boxes. This unit will also accommodate vehicles
